HB 1164 - Restrictions on Public Carry

https://capitol.texas.gov/BillLookup/Hi ... ill=HB1164

Prohibits licensed carry "on the premises or property of an indoor or outdoor arena, stadium, golf course, automobile racetrack, amphitheater, auditorium, theater, museum, zoo, botanical garden, civic center, or convention center, unless the license holder is a participant in an event conducted at the facility and a handgun is used in the event."

They must be posted with 30.06/07 to prevent carry. So this bill would allow any publicly owned facility described above to legally post.

Same stuff that is filed every year and is soundly defeated every year. Fodder for their low information voters so that the Rep can say that they tried, even though they know it has a 0.0001% chance of passing. Oh don’t worry... our side does this too: Stickland with his Constitutional Carry bill is the same thing.

The GOP will, if course, save us.

Yet another Democrat written bill aimed at rolling back the freedoms that have been regained in recent legislative sessions.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Stop the illegal vote.

Close the borders.

Deport all the illegals.

Demand that the courts, legislatures, and executives follow constitutional law.

Soapbox. Ballot box. Cartridge box.

Get in the leftist's faces like they do ours.

Get rid of coward GOP.

I'm sure I can go on.
