Expands off limits locations for carry to include school campus, grounds or locations where school sponsored activities regularly take place (i.e. don't step out of your car while in the school parking lot while carrying if this passes).

Expands the definition of Educational Institution to include, schools, Libraries, children's nursery, day-care facility, and after-school program.

Expands the definition of "postsecondary educational institution" to include proprietary, vocational and technical schools as well as public and private colleges.

Changes the definition of an amusement park to have no population requirement (currently only counties with a population of > 1Million can have an "Amusement Park"), be at least 10 acres in size (currently 75), and be open for a minimum of one day a year (currently must be at least 120 days a year).

Makes amusement parks also incorporate public and private driveways, streets, sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, parking garages and other parking areas.
